She was predeceased by: her son Darrell Middleton Jr.; her parents, Mabel Hilyard (Cloyd) and Charles Furman; and her siblings, Donald Furman, Richard Furman, Robert Furman and Geraldine Pelton.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Middleton; her daughters, Debbie Stowell (Tony), Brenda Baldwin (John) and Tammy Kay Lamphier (Mike); her grandchildren, Curtis White, Samantha Coblentz (Kyle), Sierra Dawn Bohr (Justin), Blaine Lamphier and CassieJo Baldwin; and her brother David Furman (Virginia). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
