He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cooley and Margaret Cooley; his wife Barbara Lange; and his siblings, William, Donald (Diana) and Sharon.
He is survived by: his sons, Martin Cooley (Dana), Steven Cooley and Robert Cooley (Dawn); his grandchildren, Samantha (Steven), Sarah (Trever), Elizabeth, Megan, Claire, Hunter and Madolyn; and his great grandchild Sofia Grace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
