She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Janice Hulber and David Hulber. She is survived by: her husband Scott Hulber; her parents, Malcolm Mckoy and Florann Mckoy; her siblings, Marijane Wilburn, Greg Mckoy, Debby Derflinger, Jeff West, Lynn Farrell, Vance West and Rob West; and her brother-in-law Michael Hulber (Jill). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation or The Blue Water Hospice Home.
