He is survived by: his wife Amy Ignasiak; his daughters, Alyssa, Emily and Olivia Ignasiak; and his siblings, Mary Lathrop (Paul), Gary Ignasiak (Pam), Terry Ignasiak, Susie Ignasiak, Donna Wormsbacher (Paul), Barbara Danks, Ann Frederick (Randy), Nancy Criscuolo, David Ignasiak (Connie) and Michael Ignasiak (Susan).
