He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Skornicka and Catherine Skornicka (Carter); his brothers, Stanley and Jim; and his brother-in-law William.
He is survived by: his grandson Robert Skornicka; his wife Margaret Skornicka; his children, Karen Koviack, Richard Skornicka Jr. (Jennifer) and Cindy Bila (Steve); his siblings, Sharon Hall (Larry), Dannie Skornicka (Kathy), Emmajean Lane (Ed) and Kathy Weiss; his siblings-in-law, Maureen Cameron of Scotland and Robert Cameron (Liz) of Scotland; and his close friend Dennis Moore. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
