It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca S. McDougall of Chesaning, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Harold Bila; her great-nephew Kwade Chapman; her sisters, Lois Azelton and Lisa Bila; and her brother-in-law Larry Azelton.

She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Gretchen Phillips-Williams and Craig McDougall; her grandchildren, Thomas of Chesaning, Collin of Chesaning, Addison of Chesaning and Laiklyn of Chesaning; her siblings, Virginia Wazny, Judy Tithof (Dick), Cindy Everett (Bruce), Sam Bila, Valerie Witt (Roger) and Jeff Bila (Lisa Kennel); and her brother-in-law Dan Azelton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
