She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Eugene Fenner and Audrey I. Fenner (Saylor); her husband Bud; and her friend Carol Clark. She is survived by: her friend Cliff Clark; and her family Kaylene Van Wagner. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews and their spouses.

Contributions in her memory may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
