He is survived by: his parents, Harrold Bills and Patricia Bills (Cross); his significant other Joann Lankheet; his children, Matthew Bills (Kayla) of Chicago, Stephanie Bills-Guzak (Andrew) of Flint and Patrick Dodd (Jillian) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Kami, Olive and Lola; and his siblings, Ken Bills (Mary), Kathleen Teer (Greg), Patrick Bills (Jill) and Thomas Bills (Janey).
