With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marceda Vail in Chesaning, Michigan, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shafley and Doris Shafley (Leach); her husband Donald Harper; her children, Steve Harper, Brian Woodbury and Susan Edward; her granddaughter Kristie Harper; her son-in-law Lloyd Shobe; and her siblings, Keith Shafley and Jeanette Biergans.
She is survived by: her former husband Howard Woodbury; her children, Linda Shobe, Tom Harper (Caroll), Dave Harper (Diane) and Dean Harper; her stepchildren, Wayne Woodbury (Diana), Rhonda Hambleton (Bill), Marie Bengel (late Chuck) and Thomas Vail (Vickie); her daughter-in-law Maralyn Woodbury; her sister Joanne Bayhan; and her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Wyble and Bill Biergans. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
