He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walden and Gladys Walden (Rouse); his wife Lucia Carol Slama; and his brothers, Michael, Dearald and William Jr..
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Norm Wolfe of Oakley, Debralynn Stover of Chesaning, Mike Wolfe (Janice Andersen) of Chesaning and Patrick Wolfe (Susan) of Beaverton; and his siblings, Jack Walden of Hannibal, MO, Kenneth Walden of Edwardsville, IL, Dick Walden (Virginia) of Tingley, IA, Russell Walden of Little River, SC and Linda Underhill (Victor) of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
