It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Gross of Chesaning, Michigan, born in Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gross and Agnes Gross (Wenzlick); his siblings, Melvin Gross and Ruth Weisenberger; his siblings-in-law, Ray DeShazo, Joyce Gross and Pat Gross; and his father-in-law Asahel Phillips.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Phillips; his wife Sandy; his sons, Brian Gross (Stephanie) of Oakley, Tim Gross of Aurora, CO, Daryl Gross (Abby) of Chesaning and David Gross (Krista) of Oakley; his grandchildren, Taylor, Ty and Sophia; his siblings, Carol DeShazo, Bill Gross of Chesaning, Dorothy Wendling (Tom) of Chesaning, Janice Wille (Kurt) and Kathy Larner (Phil); his brother-in-law Denny Weisenberger of Chesaning; and his mother-in-law Florence Phillips of Chesaning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives.
