He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Tullar and Yvonne Tullar (Roy). He is survived by: his wife Christine Tithof (Barancik); his daughter Brittanie Navarro (Alex) of Chicago; his siblings, Timothy Tullar (Debra) of Evart and Colette Dodak (James); his granddaughter Lennon Navarro; his nieces, Miranda Dodak (Mike Hafner), Shay Tullar of Evart and Nicole Palethorpe of Owosso; his great-nephew Dustin Palethorpe; his stepchildren, Sarah Tithof and Andrew Tithof (Mary) of Bay City; his stepgrandchildren, Liam, Riley, Andie and Peter; his father-in-law Matthew Barancik; and his friend Jim. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins.
