He is survived by: his father Ronald Martin (Janet); his wife Margaret "Maggie" Bookmyer; his son Dustin Martin; his stepchildren, Gary Trumble (Casey), Shawnna, Joshuah Wilcoxson, Melody Bennett (Keith), Josie and Luke Bennett; his siblings, Cindy Bauer, Pamela Barron (Rudy), Valarie Lister-Toskey (Bob), Tom Lister (Robin), Paul Martin (Deb), Angela White (Tim) and Dan Martin; his sister-in-law Rachel Martin; his aunts, Rosemary Bocek and Karen Booth; and his cousin Kevin Palicio.
