Eleanor G. Drexler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor G. Drexler of Chesaning, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Edith Ebenhoeh (Sutter); her husband Carl A. Drexler of Michael's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Henrietta (Lavern Birkmeier), Eileen (Louis Birkmeier), Marie (Clarence Schnell), Edward Ebenhoeh, Vincent (Doris Ebenhoeh), Grace (Dominic Sherry), Floyd (Irene Ebenhoeh), Margaret Krupp, Martha Krupp, Howard (Bonnie Ebenhoeh), Donald Ebenhoeh and Jane Ruddy.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Andres (Dennis) of New Lothrop, Charles Edward Drexler of Columbia, Mary Drexler of Knoxville, TN., Roy Drexler (Bonnie) of Ashville, NC, Floyd Drexler (Jan) of Keystone, SD, Susan Mather (Ray) of Bath, John Drexler (Diane) of San Antonio, TX and Sharon Moore (Paul) of New Lothrop; her brother Patrick Ebenhoeh (Judy) of Skokie, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Jeannie Ebenhoeh of New Lothrop, Gordon Krupp of Grand Blanc, Bill Krupp (Diane) of Chesaning and Dan Ruddy of Chesaning. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Church of Maple Grove (17994 Lincoln Rd, New Lothrop, MI 48460). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be given in memory of Eleanor to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
