He is survived by: his spouse Mima Lee Heath; his children, Debora Lee Carr (Edward), Neil Earl Richey (Nicole) and Michael Heath Richey (Paula); and his grandchildren, LeeAnne, Earl Carr, Lily, Eli, Lauren and William Richey. He is also survived by his wife and children, two brothers.
