He is survived by: his wife Patsy VanNortwick; his children, Cory Lepley (Rob), Becky Butcher (John) and Nick Everett (Shallon); his grandchildren, Kelly Lepley (Kara), Tyler Lepley (Cloe), Nathan Lepley, Avery Butcher, Connor Everett, Blain Butcher and Quinton Everett; his great grandchildren, Quinn and Wyatt; and his siblings, Sandy Sloan (Francis), Bill Everett (Sandy), Paula Hole, Judy Jacobs (John), Bonnie Robertson and Kirk VanNortwick (Sherry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
