She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Walker and Helen Walker (Lafleur); and her siblings, Angela Walker and Robert Walker. She is survived by: her husband Ed Maxa; her sons, Jason Maxa (Graceson), Jarod "Gus" Maxa (Trisha), Nicholas Maxa (Arynn) and Justin Maxa (Sarah); her grandchildren, Hudson Maxa, Luke Maxa, Bryson Maxa, Layton Maxa, Lincoln Maxa, Finn Maxa, Jayden Maxa and Austin Hunt; and her siblings, Annette "Jo" Meiser (Barry), Rod Walker (Sue), RoseMary Szappan (Mark), Margaret Spegel (Gary), Jon Walker (Susie) and Jeremy Walker (Kara).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mcgeehan Funeral Homes - Martin Chapel (316 W Broad St, Chesaning, MI 48616). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church of Albee (5661 Fergus Rd, St Charles, MI 48655). A Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
