He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kligar and Rose Kligar (Hezina); his wife Lorraine M. Bliss (Perkins); his son David A. Kligar; his grandson Daniel Yazbeck; and his siblings, Jean Zajdlik (Carl), John Kligar (Doreen), Frank Kligar (Mary Lou), Joe Kligar (Margaret), Rosie Mills and Vera Schulte (Lawrence).
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Kligar (Donna) of Chesaning and Lori Vazbeck of Arizona. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends.
Charitable donations may be given in memory of Charles to Heart to Heart Hospice.
