She was predeceased by: her father Herman "Butch" Hawn. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Hawn (Gibson); her husband Randy Kuchar; her children, Holly Kuchar (Beau Goward) of Chesaning, MI and Travis Kuchar of Dearborn Heights, MI; and her siblings, Jeff Hawn of Vanderbilt, MI, Lori Birchmeier (Steve) of Miamisburg, OH, Janice Hawn of Chesaning, MI and Steven Hawn (Mara). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
