He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Watkin and Olive Watkin (Hurst). He is survived by: his wife Carole Watkin (Wise); his children, Jeffrey Watkin (Kathleen) of Chelsea, John Watkin (Staci) of Taylor, Dawn Butler of Florida and Diane Lockman (Brandon) of Chelsea; and his sisters, Julie A. Woodward of Wales and Vivian Hinks of Wales. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
