He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Etha Bell Woodward (Appleton); his son Anthony "Tony" Dale; and his siblings, Roy, Elbert, AllenJ, Glenn, Hilda Brown, David and Ola Adel.

He is survived by: his children, Larry Keith (Leslie) of Fenton and Sabrina Kay O'Neil (Keith) of Chelsea; his daughter-in-law Brenda Woodward Fetterly; his sister-in-law Helen Woodward; his grandchildren, Tara-Sky Woodward (Andy), Bruce Woodward (Rachel), Amanda O'Neil and Kevin O'Neil; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Alford, Sage Alford, Buck Alford and Isabella O'Neil.

Memorial contributions may be made to Arbor Hospice.
