He is survived by: his daughter Teri Nicole "Nikki" Carter (Larry) of Montrose; his siblings, Mark Loomis, Kathy Loomis, Connie Elder (Gary) and Darry Chaney; his stepmother Veronica Loomis; his stepsiblings, Dennis Pelon (Donna), Stephen Pelon (Julia), Mark Pelon, Carolyn Norton, Cynthia Jarrad (Mohammad), Claudette Coughenour (Edward) and Charlotte Sanchez; and his grandchildren, Molly, Lawrence, Natalie, Eden, Avalynn and Lydia.
