It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shawn J. Hetzel of Chelsea, Michigan, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Hetzel, Sr., Edmundo and Aurora Trevino; his uncles, Gilbert Trevino and Brian Martin; and his aunt Debbie Ery.

He is survived by: his parents, John Hetzel and Sandra Hetzel (Trevino); his pet Lucy; his sisters, Jenna Hetzel (Howard Bentley) and Rebekah Henderson (Kevin); and his grandmother Wanda Hetzel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
