It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott A. Chapman of Chelsea, Michigan, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Chapman; and his father-in-law Wayne DeWitt. He is survived by: his father Larry Chapman; his wife Angela; his sister Julia Sivinski (Daniel); his mother-in-law Florence DeWitt; his brother-in-law David DeWitt; and his nephew Airman Apprentice Justin DeWitt.

Attendees are requested to wear masks.
