Claggett (Chelsea, Michigan), born in Richmond, Michigan, who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Lee and Helen VanInwagen; her husband Russell P. Claggett; her children, Kathleen Schlagel of Pinehurst, NC and David Claggett of Chocowinity, NC; and her sister Mary Bowles of Memphis, TN. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
The family would like donations made to the United Methodist Retirement Community Foundation for the Flower Gardens.
