It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Alexander-Jones of Chelsea, Michigan, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Flowerday and Sadie Flowerday (Tapley); her husband George Alexander; her brother Charles Max Flowerday (Esther); and her stepsons, John Jones (Rachel) and Michael Jones (Karen).
She is survived by: her children, Hope Alexander of Chicago, Mark Alexander of Marquette, Matthew Alexander (Susan) of Watertown, Tennessee and John Alexander (Rebecca) of Clarkston; her stepchildren, Shirley Mitchell (Robert) of Adrian, MI and Margaret Lattimore of Northville, MI; and her sister Ann Goff (James) of Tucson, Arizona. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 8 step grandchildren, 5 step great-grandchildren and 3 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Plymouth First United Methodist Church (45201 N Territorial Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170).
