She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Wilkes and Mary Wilkes (Ireland); her husband James Ritter; and her children, Karen Russell, Randy Ritter (Connie) of Chelsea, Michael Ritter (Devona) of Ovid, David Ritter (Genny) of St. Johns and Larry Ritter of St. Johns.
