He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Ensign and Clara Nateva Rasmussen (Emmons); his wife Betty Bennett; his brother Richard; his brothers-in-law, Eugene Bennett and Jerre Lieberman; his sister Ruth Lieberman; his sister-in-law Alice Smith Rasmussen; and his son Brock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Huelsberg (Richard) of Saline and Christine Gaunt of Ann Arbor; his son-in-law John "Jack" Daniels; his grandchildren, Steve Gaunt (Richele) and Kristin McLaughlin (Ethan); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Isla and Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
