He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson D. Clark and Helen Clark (Hopkins); his wife Donna (Wages); his children, Michael D. Clark and Deanna M. DeVoy; and his brother Duane Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Danielle Clark and Frank DeVoy (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Megan and Logan Clark.
