He was predeceased by: his parents, Role Salyer and Gladys Salyer (Flint); his spouse Gunda Henman (Feulner); his children, Timothy Salyer and Karen Jordan; and his great grandchild Micah Anthony Aldridge.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Ryan of Allegan; and his stepchildren, Jesse Henman of Vandercook Lake and Sharon Schoendorf (Mike) of Michigan Center. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
