She was predeceased by: her husband Perry "Carl" Herman; her parents, Velvah Clark and Lloyd Clark; and her sisters, Virginia Clark Creglow and Jane Ann Clark Keen.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Shannon (Tim); her grandchildren, Steve (Lysa), Dave, Eric (Helen), Brendan (Jen), Harlowe, Trevor Shannon (Megan), James, Ben and Aarika Herman; and her great grandchildren, Avery Shannon and Khari Harrison.
