He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horn and Mavis Horn (Kirby); his sister Theresa Horn; and his son Joel Horn. He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Miller); his daughter Kathryn Horn of Owosso; his stepson TJ Miller (Marlynda) of Westland; his grandson Trent; and his siblings, Rick Horn of Texas and Cathy Robeldo.
