With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Vis (Chelsea, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 17, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alonzo Donnelly and Bertha Donnelly (Sawyer); her spouse Murry Franklin; her children, Thomas Torbet (Mary) of Beulah, Chris Torbet (Deborah) of Chelsea, Laurie Torbet of Ann Arbor and Beth Graham of Ann Arbor; her stepson Bill Vis (Ann Marie) of Troy; her grandchildren, Sara Lasker (Peter), Jon Torbet (Jessica), Megan Duncil (Brent) and Douglas Torbet; and her brother Winthrop Donnelly. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
