He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Marshall Jr., Marsa W. Garcia and Mary G. Davis; and his sisters, Genene Meeks and Mary Frances Hall (Harold). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
