She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Dickerson and Peggy Dickerson (Edwards). She is survived by: her husband Melvin Henry "Hank" Smith, Jr.; and her children, Scott Smith of Holland, Tracy Smith (Velma) of Burlington, Christian Smith of Traverse City, Michelle Medley (Mike) of Hanover and Erin Warner (Joe) of Chelsea. She is also survived by two sisters; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
