With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Griffith (Chelsea, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 8, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Amsden and Alene Margarete Griffith (Gerstner); his wife Bonnie Griffith (Bergren); his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Terry Hurst of Dexter; and his granddaughters, Julie Hurst of San Diego and Laurie Corcoran (William) of Brunswick, GA. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren; and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley in Ann Arbor.
