He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Diletta Waldyke (Buter); and his brother-in-law Ken Wolthuis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Van Klavern; his children, Michael Waldyke (Jackie) of Dexter, David Waldyke of Frederic, Daniel Waldyke (Jennifer) of Lakewood, CO, Jeffrey Waldyke (Jennifer) of Simpsonville, SC and Kathryn Waldyke (Roger Fliege) of Carbondale, IL; his sisters, Mary Vander Yacht (David) of Pinckney, Nancy Pierik (Ernest) of Woodstock, ON and Karen Wolthuis of Pinckney; and his grandchildren, Jason, Kate, Matthew and Wyatt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Huron Valley Humane Society or Chelsea Hospital.
