He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Kurt (Suzette), Mark (Tammy), John (Lisa) and Sheri (Scott); and his grandchildren, Mellisa, Alisha, Damian, Nolan, Connor and Blake. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
