He is survived by: his children, Philip Lewis (Gabriella), Margaret Robords (Warren) and Kati Gaspar-Danon (Daniel); his grandchildren, Alexander Gundlach, Benjamin Lewis, George, Duncan Robords, Sophie and Adam Danon; his stepson Mark Jahn (Kim); and his stepgrandchildren, Chelsea Grotrian (John) and Reece Jahn.
