He was predeceased by: his former wife Karen (Keezer); and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Hamel); his children, Kevin Koch (Sharon) of Ann Arbor, Jason Koch, Jennifer Groves (Doug) of Manchester and Julie Holtz (Riley) of Adrian; his grandchildren, Emmalee Koch, Ryan, Alyssa Groves and William Holtz; his sister Lynda Gladstone (Jeff) of Chelsea; his nephew Braden; his sister-in-law Linda Pratt (Bruce); his nieces, Jodi Zink (Trevor) and Amy Cook (Brian); and his stepchildren, Laurie Schiller (Troy) of Chelsea, Bobby Hamel of Arizona and Todd Hamel of Chelsea. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
