She was predeceased by: her former husband Curtis Puckett; her husband Edward Harook; and her brother James Hackworth. She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne; her son-in-law Larry Samons; her son Doug; her daughter-in-law Cindy Puckett; her grandchildren, Becky Samons Ardrey, Michelle Samons Smith and Jeff Samons; and her great grandchildren, Hailee, Rachel Smith, Hanna, Tyler Ardrey and Charlotte Samons.
