He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ramsey and Eunice May Ramsey (Woltz); and his brother Paul Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rhea Stone; his son Andrew Ramsey (Rita) of Manchester; his sister Linda Ramsey of New Mexico; his grandson Samuel Ramsey; and his niece Tammi.
