She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bartsos and Mary Bartsos (Lolas); her brother Charles; her sons, David S. "Sam" Hughes and Charles W. "Bill" Hughes; her grandson Stanley Herdus; and her former husband C. H. Hughes (Pat).
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Sue Thome (Roger) and Cheryl Sherwood (Kirk); her daughter-in-law Diane Hughes; her grandchildren, Ryan Hughes (Sarah), Matthew Hughes, Lindsey Keifer (David), Melissa Hughes, David Hughes (Leta), Scott Stewart (Gwen), Marc Stewart (Rebecca), Lori Silveus (Chad), Dan Thome (Colleen), Jennifer Hoffman (Fred), Michelle Isenhour (Steven), Jennifer Manzo and Kirk Sherwood II (Megan); her daughter Lisa Kinney (Brian); and also, Mike Herdus (Barb), Deborah Costello (Jeff) and Karrie Benner (Brian). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
