Edward A. Zygowicz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward A. Zygowicz of Chelsea, Michigan, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Edward had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Edward may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Zygowicz and Sophie Zygowicz (Gajda). He is survived by: his wife Susan (Bataska); his daughter Karen Bowersox (Nick) of Ann Arbor; his grandsons, Maxwell and Ian; and his sister Eleanore Strzok of Illinois.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chelsea Retirement Community Chapel (805 W Middle St, Chelsea, MI 48118).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the UMRC - Porter Hills Foundation.
