With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edna L. Schuur of Chelsea, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Edna leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Edna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Boettcher and Bertha Boettcher (Baerke); her daughter Eileen Rae; and her husband Edward Schuur. She is survived by: her children, Jim Schuur (Ann) of Novi, MI and Helen Schuur of Durham, NC; her grandchildren, Kerri, Adam and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Graham, Luke and Scarlett.
