He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Manning and Rebecca Agnes Manning (Nichols); his wife Janice Rae Carley; his children, Leslie Manning of Ann Arbor and Benjamin Manning (Shannon); his grandchildren, Dante Armstrong, Elliet Manning and Kameron Manning; his brother Edward; and his sister-in-law Donna Manning.
No services will be held due to Covid restrictions.
