It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cora Johnson Bell (Chelsea, Michigan), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Arthur and Ida Mae Brown (Word); her spouse Absalom Johnson; her children, Anthony Brown Sr. of Detroit, Andre Johnson of Flint, Miles Johnson of Ann Arbor, Marcus Johnson of Ann Arbor and Alice Johnson of Lawrenceville, GA; her sister Inora Wellington of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and her daughter Michelle Johnson. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
