He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Borek Janik and Helen Janik; his son Peter Janik (Wendy) of Morrison, CO; his son-in-law John Nelson of Cassopolis, MI; his grandchildren, Marek, Nikolai Janik, Ross and Todd Nelson; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Alice Nelson; his wife Alice; and his daughter Dasha Nelson. He was also cherished by his son, daughter-in-law and grandsons.
