We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Barbara L. Cowen (Chelsea, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Krem and Frances Krem (DeGroot); her husband James H. Cowen; and her sister Bernadette Westover. She is survived by: her children, Mark Cowen (Ginny) of Chelsea, Elizabeth Cowen of Hendersonville, NC and Eric Cowen (Tami) of Holland, MI; her grandchildren, Josh, Stephen (Jennifer), David (Cassandra), John (Becky), Caroline Cowen (Antonio Riva Palacio), Laura Imdieke (Andy), Anne Schipper (Jake) and Jenny Rodgers (Mike); and her sister-in-law Doris McElwain (Jack). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
