He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William and Beulah Saffian Sr. (Wickline); and his brother Tom Saffian. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Gowan (Rick), Kristen Saffian and Arthur William Saffian III (Amanda); his grandchildren, Austin, Lucas, Lexi, Sophia and Delilah; and his siblings, Paul Saffian (Theresa) and Cathy Corcoran.
